Finally, A Simple Building Process
/Having a good plan is essential for success. And building a steel building is no exception. A simple building process eliminates the anxiety of having to figure it out on your own and gives you confidence your building will be built right the first time.
If you're ready to take that first step towards building your dream, we’re here to make it simple.
DREAM
The first step is easy. Talk to us about your plan and we build from there.
Some questions we want to know are:
Why are you wanting to build?
What function will your building serve?
What is your dream for this project?
Even if you have an idea scratched out on the back of a napkin, our Project Managers can help bring that to life.
From the very first meeting, I want to hear what the customer perceives their dream project will look like and what purpose it will serve. As soon as possible, I want to give them a budget number for what they describe, so we can either make adjustments or proceed forward with the design and size. - Steve Wood, Project Manager
DESIGN
After we've discussed your project, it's time to design it. We offer in-house design and detailing to create the most value for your dollar. Steel construction is different than wood, and some things may need to be tweaked to keep your cost down and the construction phase smooth. Once we know what you want to build, our Team goes to work designing a plan that’s right for you.
Build
With the dream and design of your building set, your project goes to production. Producing the materials in-house ensures each piece of the design phase will be executed with quality, and to your specifications.
After fabrication, your building is ready to be built. Your next step is to decide on a contractor to erect your building. We partner with several contractors in the area if you need a referral.
LIVE
This is our favorite part. Your dream becomes a reality when we hand you the keys. There’s nothing like that feeling of a dream realized. We want to help you create a building you can be proud of and puts a smile on your face every time you walk in the door.
What I enjoy the most is seeing the smiles, not only with the last walk around with them, but every time we meet at the project to check progress. - Steve Wood, Project Manager
