Materials Only or a Pre-Engineered Kit

Materials Only: One of our most commonly asked question is “Do you do carports?” The answer: We do not provide the construction of the carport but can manufacture and sell the materials for one. If you’re looking for materials only, we can manufacture what you need for a carport, awning, or other DIY project plus bolt up or weld up buildings. (see below for what we need to get started.)

Pre-Engineered Kit: Our pre-engineered bolt-up steel building kits are perfect for people who already have a contractor or are outside our concrete-building-erect service area. We offer this kit for any building size and have weld up options as well.

Whether you’re doing it yourself or already have a contractor, here’s what you need to know:

Doing-It-Yourself

• You will need to provide the material list for us to quote

• Erection instructions not included on component orders

• Component orders usually ready in 3-5 days after payment

• Pre-Engineered kits take approximately 6 weeks from approval drawings to delivery

• We offer both Weld-up & Bolt-ups options

• Pre-Engineered Kits come with complete erection drawings and assembly instructions.

• We can ship building packages to these states outside of Texas: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, & New Mexico.

• Please note that all pricing requires a conversation with a Project Manager. We do not stock or sell “standard kits” of any size, therefore we cannot provide a quick quote over the phone or by email. Our buildings are built to suit the specific needs of each person, so there are many factors that go into an accurate quote.
